As of December 2025, we are still self-pay only. We are in the process of insurance credentialing. Keep an eye out on Facebook for updates!

Do you offer same-day or walk-in appointments?

Yes! We offer both same-day and walk-in appointments!

What is your cancellation policy?

We like to be notified within 24 hours of your appointment.

What primary care services do you provide?

New Patient and Annual Wellness visits, sick visits, Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Care and Health Maintenance, Medication Management and Refills, Annual Physicals (School, Sports, and Work), Well Woman Exams (Pap Smears, Breast Exams), Men's Health Screenings, Cancer Screening Coordination (Colon, Breast, Cervical), Weight Management Counseling, and Specialty Referrals and Care Coordination.

What ages do you treat?

Family and Lifespan Care, Pediatric Care (ages 5+), and Adult and Geriatric Care

Do you offer lab work or blood draws on site?

Yes! We offer them onsite and they are processed through Quest Diagnostics.
